About The First Touch

We believe that TOUCH is a love language and NATURE is a gift from God, they create vitality for human beings. Our dream is to enhance bonding between baby and parents and connect them to the nature.

We offer infant massage courses which are scheduled on a weekly basis for 5 consecutive weeks,each lesson around 45-60 minutes. Parents and babies, from birth to one year old, are welcomed.

Baby massage Course

During the 5 weeks course, you will learn and discover more of your baby:
- Massage stroke from legs, tummy, chest, hands, head to back;
- Gentle movement;
- Particular stroke which relief constipation, colic and gas;
- Choice of massage oil;
- Understand babies behaviour and new born reflexes; and
- Share research results about massage benefits for infant, toddlers, pre-school kid, parents, etc.

Benefits of infant massage:

Infant massage is about touch and bonding. In recent years, there has been an increase in medical and psychological research on our capacity. The bond a baby has with its parents creates confidence, compassion, trust, enthusiasm, a sense of belonging and even mental health for the rest of the baby’s life.

Qualification:

- Certified Infant Massage Instructor – International Association of Infant Massage (“IAIM”)
- Completion of Aromatherapist Diploma course - International Federation of Aromatherapists (“IFA”)
