Seafood Room

Bulldozer Group’s first restaurant in Hong Kong, Seafood Room, is now open this April 2016 in the heart of Hong Kong Island, inside the newly constructed Tower 535, 535 Jaffe Road, Causeway Bay. Seafood Room will bring together a new interactive seafood dining experience inside a spacious 8,000 ft elegantly designed dining room with a 2,000 sq ft rooftop lounge with breath-taking views of Hong Kong’s iconic Victoria Harbour.

The interiors of the Seafood Room are designed by famous Russian Interior Architect, Natalia Belonogova of NB Studio, Moscow. She has also worked on Bulldozer Group’s most famous premium restaurants and bars including Novikov Moscow and Poehali Restaurant. The idea behind the design is to combine the simplicity of natural materials such as stone and wood together with the natural bright lights.

Along with the extensive wine list featuring rare and exquisite wines from around the world, the bar and lounge headed by the master mixologist Alex Chatte who has had a tremendous reputation in concocting signature elaborative cocktails according to the concept of the restaurant at the same time, giving personalized drinks to each individual's preference.
