來自佛羅倫斯的總廚Massimo對烹飪充滿熱誠,曾於Spoon、Caprice和Petrus等多間高級餐廳工作,兩年前在元朗開設意式薄餅店L'altra,堅持從意大利引入食材,醬汁也是自家調製。因應熟客要求炮製私房餐宴,反應非常熱烈,索性在廚房增設廚師之桌 M Club,提供地道家鄉菜。
