搶耳音樂廠牌計劃 Ear Up Music

唱片銷售一蹶不振，串流音樂迅速竄起，數碼及網絡科技的革新，造就獨立音樂遍地開花。文藝復興基金會聯合產業界、學術界及創作界，呼應新音樂時代的召喚，培育及孵化中小音樂廠牌，豐富香港音樂產業及文化生態。

Renaissance Foundation launches the “Ear-Up” record label creation and incubation program to find and nurture local talent through the establishment of their own music brand and record label.

Singer songwriters or bands who are enrolled into the program will participate in 12 module training courses led by industry leaders on topics ranging from record label operations, management, song copyrights and publishing…etc. Along the way, each participant will receive help and guidance through mentors made up of industry leaders to create their very own record label. Later on they will get a chance to demonstrate their skills in a school tour and music festival setting.
