Tong Chong Street Market 糖廠街市集

由太古地產太古坊及 Honestly Green 合辦的「糖廠街市集」集齊本地有機農產品、創意菜式、煮食小貼士和飲食潮流，並為大眾、本地創意食店以及農夫提供一個互動交流的平台。新一季引入更多本地矚目食店﹑特色包裝食品和新鮮時令有機農產品，為推動可持續發展之美食潮流揭開新一頁。

「糖廠街市集」於11月至明年2月逢周日上午11時至下午5時舉行（2017年12月3、24及31日除外）。地點為太古坊糖廠街﹙港鐵鰂魚涌站A出口，橫過英皇道後沿糖廠街直行﹚。是次市集在每月設有不同特色主題，11月舉辦多元化及以持續發展為宗旨的「咖啡節」，由本地和海外咖啡店帶領一眾咖啡迷踏上芳香甘醇的咖啡旅程。市集在12月、1月及2月則分別以鍋物及暖心食品如熱湯為主題，為冬日送來一絲暖意。

「糖廠街市集」除了帶來創意美食外，更突破性以不同具特色設計、色彩繽紛的車輛，以流動美食市集的概念回歸，市民更可到經典雙層巴士上享用美食。


Co-presented by Swire Properties’ Taikoo Place and Honestly Green, the Tong Chong Street Market features everything from fresh farmers’ produce to creative recipes, cooking tips, and the latest food and beverage trends. It is a platform that encourages dialogues for the like-minded communities. The market this season returns with a more sumptuous and exciting collection of up-and-coming homegrown food stalls, unconventional packaged food and fresh seasonal produce that will introduce a new scene of sustainable food trend!

The market returns from November to February 2018 on every Sunday from 11am – 5pm (except 3, 24, 31 December) and is located at Tong Chong Street, Taikoo Place (MTR Quarry Bay Station Exit A, walk along Tong Chong Street after crossing King's Road). With a series of monthly spotlight themes this year, Tong Chong Street Market starts with the Coffee Festival in November, there’s a full line-up of leading international and local coffee roasters to provide first-hand experience to visitors about a good cup of coffee. With the arrival of December’s cooler climate, we’ll be bringing you hearty dishes with Pot Festival, followed by soups and other “Winter Warmers” in January and February to warm your soul during the chilly winter weather.

Explore the colourful and photogenic market of food truck and movable food stalls, and enjoy a unique dining experience on an iconic double-decker bus.
