We were launched by P.S. Ganga in 1988 on Wyndham Street of Hong Kong Island as one of the only three restaurants in the area. We boast of being a truly local restaurant that introduced fine Indian cuisine in the neighbourhood as well as setting the trend for Wyndham Street as one of the main hubs of HK's food and beverage industry.
As Mr Ganga retired, he decided to hand over the reigns of his creation to his son Sanjay, who made the executive decision to change the name of the restaurant to Ganga's to honour his father and his legacy.
Mr. Sanjay maintains the passion for highest quality ingredients, immaculate cooking, extensive wine list and service with a smile that results in a stellar dining experience. Head Chef Suresh Babu who has been with us for more than 19 years, continues to create a royal array of authentic Indian dishes from his menu designed with decades of research and experience.
