Enoteca On Elgin - Soho

Enoteca on Elgin (soho) opened its doors in 2005 and remains busy and buzzing today. This narrow 50 seat Mediterranean tapas and wine bar is so popular with locals and tourists that reservations are a must on the weekends. Don't let this deter you from turning up unannounced though, as the friendly staff will seat you at the bar with a glass of wine until a table comes available.

Enoteca roughly translates to 'wine library' or 'wine bar'. They have been part of Italian Mediterranean tradition since Roman times, as a place to gather, relax, taste and chat amongst friends. We simply wanted to replicate that unpretentious vibe in Hong Kong whilst offering gourmet style wines and shared dishes - we think we have succeeded!
