Bolaven Hong Kong

The Bolaven Story starts with Bolaven Farms, a certified organic coffee farm located in the heart of the Bolaven Plateau in southern Lao. Bolaven Farms was set up with this vision: plant the 'Seed of Hope' through skill transfer for the benefit of local farmers and to redeem the land towards organic productivity.

From 1884 to 1954, modern day Cambodia, Lao and Vietnam were part of the French colonial empire, collectively known as Indochine at the time. French influence throughout the are led to an interesting exchange of cultures, most noticeable in the region's cuisine - a brilliant fusion of French and Southern Asian culinary delights.

At Bolaven, we trace our roots back to Indochine and especially Lao. We have a simple but beautiful dream - to refine the Indochine dishes and to invite our guests on a culinary journey infused with history, culture and an palate.
